Job Description:

Required Technical Skill set: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online

Desired Experience Range : 12-15 years

Must have:

1. 10 years minimum of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of Collaboration solutions

2. 3 years minimum experience solutions consulting spanning full-lifecycle technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations.

3. Comfortable working both independently and in small team environments.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to industry standards. Ability to prepare and present solution to lay users to C-level management.

5. 5 years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Office 365; Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS); Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013);Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or App-V); Microsoft Windows 7 Desktop Deployment (Windows 7, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Services); Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SPO; Microsoft Lync / OCS; SQL Server

6. Experience with PowerShell.

Good to have:

1. Understanding of Agile lifecycle

2. Microsoft MVP award in Exchange or Office 365 is desired; Other preferred training or certifications include: Microsoft Certified Architect, Office 365 MCSA

3. A good understanding and exposure to Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices(SDM, MSSP, MOF)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale M365 Collaboration solutions

2. Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements

3. Establish deep relationships with stakeholders. Identify, validate, and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption in next-gen high potential customer accounts, in partnership with the various teams, by driving solution architecture for both Microsoft and 3rd party solutions.

4. Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.

5. Design architectures with Microsoft Azure to meet our clients’ technical, security, and business needs

6. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycle

7. Familiar with solution implementation/management, service/operations management, etc.

8. Maintains close awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application for service offerings and products

9. Lead technical discussions with senior customer executives that drive decisions and implementation approaches
