Job Details:

Title: IT/Database Production Support Analyst

Location: 100% remote

Responsibility:

• Work on incidents assigned
• Work on application quality controls
• Proactively monitor and manage & incidents and service requests assigned to meet targets for backlog and aging
• Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list
• Improve and or create documentation on known errors
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reoccurring issues
• Provide value adds and ideas to improve/enhance the system
• Communicate with client to update on incidents as well as status to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle/SQL database support experience
• Must have Production support experience and able to research/debug production issues
• Problem solver who can use and analyze log files with good troubleshooting skills
• Good to have Salesforce lighting (service module) experience is preferred but not required
• Good to have AWS Cloud knowledge
• Good to have Java development knowledge
